Welcome to the AI Scalp Shading Ltd Academy. These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of all training courses, educational content, starter kits, products and services provided by AI Scalp Shading Ltd ("we", "our", "us"). By purchasing any course, product or service from our Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
 

1. About AI Scalp Shading Ltd

AI Scalp Shading Ltd provides professional education, training, online learning, practical training, educational resources and access to specialist starter kits within the permanent makeup (PMU) industry.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our Academy website.

2. Eligibility

To enrol on any course you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Provide accurate personal information.

• Meet any prerequisite qualifications where applicable.

• Ensure you are legally permitted to undertake PMU training within your country or state.

Certain advanced courses are available only to suitably qualified professionals.

3. Course Enrolment

Course places are subject to availability.

Your place is confirmed only once full payment has been received.

AI Scalp Shading Ltd reserves the right to refuse enrolment where eligibility requirements have not been met or false information has been provided.
 

4. Online Academy Access

Access to the Academy is licensed solely to the purchaser.

You must not:

• Share your login details.

• Share, copy or distribute course content.

• Record training videos.

• Upload Academy materials online.

• Reproduce manuals or assessments.

• Permit another individual to complete your course.

Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of Academy access without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All Academy content remains the exclusive intellectual property of AI Scalp Shading Ltd.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• AI Scalp™ techniques

• Training videos

• Course manuals

• Workbooks

• Presentations

• Assessments

• Downloadable resources

• Marketing materials

• Images

• Logos

• Branding

• Website content

No content may be copied, reproduced, translated, distributed, sold, licensed or used commercially without prior written permission from AI Scalp Shading Ltd.

6. Course Fees

All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice. Any changes will not affect existing confirmed purchases.

7. Payment

Payment must be made in full before access to any course is granted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where payment plans are offered, all instalments must be paid in accordance with the agreed schedule.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of Academy access and certification until the balance has been paid in full.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our educational content, all course purchases are final.

By purchasing a course, you acknowledge and agree that access to digital content begins immediately upon enrolment.

Once access has been granted to any part of the Academy, no refunds, cancellations or exchanges will be offered, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Please ensure you have reviewed all course information carefully before making your purchase.
 

9. Practical Training

Students are expected to:

• Arrive on time.

• Conduct themselves professionally.

• Complete any required coursework before practical assessment where applicable.

Failure to attend practical training without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the training place.

Practical training dates may be transferred once with a minimum of 14 days' written notice, subject to availability.

10. Starter Kits

Starter kits supplied with our courses are manufactured, packed and dispatched by an independent third-party supplier.

AI Scalp Shading Ltd acts solely as an educational provider and facilitates payment to the supplier for the starter kit.

​

AI Scalp Shading Ltd is not the manufacturer, distributor or shipping provider of the products.

Accordingly:

• Starter kits are non-refundable once purchased.

• AI Scalp Shading Ltd accepts no responsibility for the manufacture, quality control, dispatch, shipping, courier services or customs clearance of starter kits.

• If a starter kit is lost, damaged or delayed during transit, responsibility for replacing the kit rests solely with the supplier in accordance with their shipping insurance and policies.

• AI Scalp Shading Ltd cannot guarantee shipping times and accepts no liability for courier delays or lost shipments.

11. International Orders, Taxes & Duties

All international orders may be subject to:

• Import duties

• Customs charges

• VAT, GST or sales tax

• Import processing fees

• Brokerage charges

• Any other taxes or government fees applicable within the destination country.

All taxes, duties, customs charges and import fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

AI Scalp Shading Ltd has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for additional costs imposed by customs authorities or government agencies.

Failure to pay applicable customs or import charges may result in delayed delivery, returned goods or destruction of the shipment, for which AI Scalp Shading Ltd accepts no liability.

12. Certification

Certificates are issued only after:

• Successful completion of all required assessments.

• Completion of any practical assessment where applicable.

• Full payment of all outstanding fees.

Certificates confirm successful completion of AI Scalp Shading Ltd training only.

They do not constitute a licence to practise.

Students remain solely responsible for ensuring they comply with all local licensing, insurance and legal requirements before offering treatments to the public.

13. Insurance & Legal Compliance

Students are responsible for:

• Obtaining appropriate professional insurance.

• Complying with all local laws and regulations.

• Obtaining any licences, permits or registrations required within their country, state or region.

AI Scalp Shading Ltd accepts no responsibility where a student is unable to legally practise within their jurisdiction.
 

14. Treatment Disclaimer

AI Scalp™ is a cosmetic permanent makeup (PMU) treatment.

Our Hair Growth Stimulation treatment is designed to support a healthier scalp environment and may encourage natural hair growth.

Individual treatment outcomes vary significantly.

AI Scalp Shading Ltd makes no guarantee regarding:

• Hair growth.

• Cosmetic outcomes.

• Treatment longevity.

• Client satisfaction.

• Business success.

Students should never diagnose medical conditions or provide medical advice.

Clients experiencing unexplained hair loss should always be advised to seek appropriate medical advice before treatment.
 

15. Business Disclaimer

Any examples of pricing, earnings, profits or business growth shared during training are provided for educational purposes only.

AI Scalp Shading Ltd does not guarantee:

• Income

• Profit

• Client numbers

• Employment

• Business success

Individual results depend on experience, marketing, pricing, commitment, skill level, location and market demand.
 

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Scalp Shading Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from:

• Incorrect treatment techniques.

• Misuse of products.

• Failure to follow training guidance.

• Loss of income.

• Loss of business.

• Loss of reputation.

• Shipping delays.

• Customs delays.

• Third-party supplier issues.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
 

17. Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave professionally throughout their training.

AI Scalp Shading Ltd reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate Academy access where a student:

• Behaves abusively.

• Harasses staff or other students.

• Shares copyrighted materials.

• Copies Academy content.

• Uses our intellectual property without permission.

• Acts in a way that brings AI Scalp Shading Ltd into disrepute.

Termination due to misconduct will not normally result in a refund.
 

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

 

19. Changes to These Terms

AI Scalp Shading Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The latest version will always be published on our Academy website.
 

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
